  3. My favorite recipe to make is pork chops in the slow cooker. I season my pork chops and then add them to the slow cooker to which I have already added a can of whole cranberry sauce. I cook on high for 4 hours and then add sweet potatoes on top. After the sweet potatoes are cooked we sit down and pig out. lol

  4. I think my favorite meal to prepare is Boursin cheese stuffed chicken breasts that are then lightly coated in herbs and bread crumbs. I serve it with a vegetable and a potato. It is simple but so tasty.

  5. I love to make a meal that my Mom taught me years ago. It is Corned Beef and Cabbage with two sides of mashed turnips ans Pease Pudding which is yellow split peas cooked and mashed We have this twice a year on New Years and St. Patricks day too
